Because of the number of airline sites on the Internet, we have arranged our own classification of the sites (this is not intended to be an assessment of the airlines themselves, but simply our personal view on the ease of use and comprehensive nature of the site contents).

• LEVEL 1 - sites have been reviewed by our team and have been found to provide the business traveller with useful, current information; all have on-line schedules and most have on-line booking facilities.
  
  
• LEVEL 2 - sites have either been reviewed and been found to not quite come up to the standard of the LEVEL 1 sites, or have been recommended to us as highly competent and useful sites, but have not yet been reviewed.
  
  
• LEVEL 2 - Other airlines that have been included in our list have been referred to us, without review or recommendation.
